Shipment took forever, and my order (a fender) arrived badly packed (read: only the broken cardboard box it was shipped in) and dented. Miscellaneous screws and bits that I ordered were simply thrown into the box, which would have been OK if the box didn't have holes in it large enough to let the small bits through. Thankfully I was able to make do without some of the screws.
Didn't reply to any of my 5 emails sent over the course of almost two weeks.
They _did_ promise to send me a new fender, to be shipped out last Thursday. It's almost the Tuesday after, and I'm still waiting...
Prices were good, though.

Wow that's pretty nuts....They are known as they only decent dealership in the area. Sorry to hear that. Have you tried calling them?

Yeah, called them at least 5 times. Just an update, replacement part is still not shipped, even though they said they had the part ready to ship on FRIDAY, and it's now Wednesday!
Another update: replacement part was shipped on Tuesday, but they didn't update the order status. Oh, they also said they'd ship with 3-day but instead went with ground, which means I won't get my parts until next Tuesday. Argh.
