About 2 weeks ago, I saw his thread for a clutch kit needed and he was looking at buying an F1 clutch So, I messaged him telling him I had one leftover from my previous car, a Mazdaspeed clutch kit I bought from BHR that only had around 3k miles on it. I sent him pictures, he was happy with it but he told me he couldn't afford to pay the whole amount at once and he needed the car so I told him that's fine, just pay half and he told me when he could pay the other half when he got his paycheck.

Well it's been about a week, haven't had a response, I shipped out the clutch the day after we chatted, still no payment. Clutch is not cheap to ship out as well due to the weight and him being on the other side of the United States.

He's paid me around $130, and was supposed to cover another $70... and haven't heard from him since. Lesson learned, don't believe anyone's sob story.

Sad but true I do not care about anyone's "sob stories" anymore... they will get theirs eventually... karma takes care of thieves...

Maybe something happened, hopefully he will make things right and take car of what he agreed too. I don't know how new he was, but I wouldn't do any business with anyone new.

I have 2 contact numbers from him.
I even asked if he needed more time that's fine, just to let me know.
No response.

I normally wouldn't have, especially since it was a member who hasn't been here a while, I just felt bad for his situation and was trying to help him out rather than make him dish out extra money on a clutch that's going to not last.
(He was looking at the F1 Clutches) I was planning on saving it for this car but since I only have like 46k miles and I don't drive like I'm in the F&F, I'm probably a few years from needing a new clutch.

Well, I've gotten in contact with him and we're sorting things out. Hopefully tomorrow everything should be settled.

I've still been in contact with him periodically but still no luck regarding payment.

Apparently he's trying to get a refund on his other clutch or something and will pay me with that but we'll see... Next week will be close to a month.

Haven't heard from him in over 10 days.
