I bought a front bumper cover from Mark (markav33)at the end of September.

The whole experience was NEGATIVE. It took him a while to send me pictures before i sent the payment, i haven't received the tracking number OR the bumper YET, and it's been a month. Naturally, he hasn't been on the site for almost a month, but that doesn't get me any closer to getting what i paid for. Paypal dispute started, just wanted to give a heads up to moderators and other buyers.

Hey, I was the one that bougt his freaking hood ... I paid him thru paypal on the 4th of this month ,, heard nothing ,, after 5 days asked paypal to find out, he answered paypal to say I was trying to get a free hood from him,, but his dumb a-- never had or produced a tracking number, that was i'n the 9th ,, still heard nothing , paypal said (hopefully) I should be getting my 250 back. There still reviewing it !!!!!
This guy is a joke !

Well, I hope the mods will do what's right, and hope the paypal will take care of the rest.

That i understand, i'm not holding anything against rx8club or moderators... That is common sense. What i mean is maybe a ban is in order, but again, it's not up to me.

probably because he found out how much it costs to properly package and ship those large body items after the fact, especially a hood because you would literally need to crate it and ship it truck freight which would be more than $250 just for that

if we banned someone who had an accusation made against them how would they have a chance to respond here and clear it up?

Also just got money back from paypal ,,,, if it's too much to ship that's fine but at least contact the person that gave ya money within a month !!!!!! No Contact at all !!!

That can be understood, but WHY settle for the agreement to sell AND ship it within that amount of money? It's simple, and voluntary - i offer a certain amount of money for what you have (in this case, the sale price was personally set by the seller), we agree on what amount would be fair, and we go on with the deal. This argument doesn't work here since there has been absolute ZERO communication ever since the money switched hands. If you don't like the shipping charges - refund the money. I know shipping can be costly in cases, but you don't just blatantly walk away with the money without a word. That's unethical

That is understood, but the seller hasn't provided much argument since the money was transferred. By not much i mean zero argument or communication. Granted, none of us are protected from life emergencies, but... you don't just leave someone hanging for over a month.
