ok guys....haven't been here awhile...well.....i was planning on getting a rx8 2006 model since my lease on my car ends round next year july....so 06 models should b out for sell by then......but then my frds and some ppl on the forum said that there might b a new rx7 and new supra coming out that year....is that true or is it all juss a rumour?? cuz if its tru i gotta rethink everything.....argh! hahaha plzzz help cuz saving money alrdy

As of now, the return of the RX-7 and the introduction of a new Toyota/Lexus vehicle filling the Supra's niche are just rumors. Nothing official has been announced by either company so, until the end of the 2005MY rolls around, we won't know if either of those models will be available at that time. However, if either of these vehicles were to be produced they would cost a fair amount more to own than the RX8 does after taking purchase price, maintenance, and insurance in to consideration, so you'll have to save up quite a bit more money to purchase (or even lease) one of those cars instead of an RX8. Just something to think about.
