This is a great easy to understand article on the differences and advantages / disadvantages of OHV engines (Think GM LS2) and the more common OHC engines (pretty much anything with 4 valves or more).
While we all like the rotor, lets face it, its not perfect for every application, and the majority of the world drives bongers, so be educated about them.

The guy mentioned at the end of the article, Judsen Massengill, did the machine work on the first engine I built and I ended up working for him sporadically while studying engineering at Texas A&M. I deburred more WC engine blocks than I care to remember.
