They're both like cute little rollerskates. I'll put one on each foot. Weeeeeee!

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I think I like the Ford just a bit more. Both nice designs though.

The mazda 2 should come to N. America! it would make a killing, im sure it would take a good chunk out of the Fit and Yaris market share. Much like how the 3 did to the Civic and corolla.

Im proud of Mazda, they have come a long way since the good ole days of the 323 and 626.

They both look like a CX-7 shrunk in the wash.

By "CX-7 shrunk in the wash" do you mean 'FAILURE'?

Honestly I don't like the 2 at all but I have to give Mazda/Ford credit cuz I know these will sell like cupcakes... or whatever is supposed to finish that sentence.

Mazda2 is more feminine (curvy/lithe). Ford Fiesta is more masculine (aggressive/bulky).
I prefer Mazda.

Both are nice looking little hatches. I think I like the Fiesta just a touch more.

DEMIO!!

Somehow a Mazda badge makes it more appealing, probably cause the Aveo comes to mind when I think "American small car".

They both look pretty good. The Fiesta does look more agressive IMHO, but it also looks kinda fat. I really would like to see them side by side in person.

Both look nice to be sure.
Analogous comparison(?)
Alfa Competizione 8C (beautiful) to Aston Martin DB9 (handsome)
Mazda2 (beautiful) to Ford Fiesta (handsome)
