Gumpert gets uglier...
Given that the new Speed can run to 60 miles-per-hour in three seconds dead, hit 124 mph in 8.9 clicks, and storm to a top whack of 224 mph, however, we suspect that Gumpert owners will at least take a measure of comfort in knowing that they can outrun all hecklers.

EWWWWWWW! That is one super car i always thought got cursed with the ugly stick. I watched a video about this super car, the driving position is very awkward, it almost has you kissing the windshield.
LOL! Alfy where are you when we need you?! That first pic , with the guy holding his fist up to his mouth, could you make him have a caption bubble that says, "Oh dear lawd, this car is dreadful"!
The the second pic should say with the guy with his hand out," Its not my fault, I didn't build the ugly F-ing thing!!!!"

Yikes, that's one awful paint job, and it's certainly not helped at all by those wheels. I always thought this car pulled off the "so ugly, it's cool" look pretty well.

wtf? Those rims look like turntable slip mats. I've gotta say though, at certain angles I can see a passing resemblance to our 8s... I think its those flared wheel wells and the wide front end.

If anything I'd say those rims increase the temperatures around the brakes.... I did see a blue pearl Apollo driving down Beverly blvd about a month back, it looked (and sounded) pretty wicked, though I've read they're an absolute biznatch to drive.
