exhaust temp guage

exhaust temp guage
Does anyone know where the best place is to tap for the temp probe in the exhaust. Also does anyone know if I have to use a sandwich plate adapter for the oil pressure guage or can I just remove the one brass plug underneath the oil filter?

I am installing an analogue exhaust temp guage and just need to know where to place the sensor probe

mysql: what exact programming chart are you using to program it to display egt?
