Edelbrock 750 carb.
Anyone have experience with and edelbrock 750 on a 383 stroker?
I'm 99% shes running too right and she bogs when I hit the gas and its lacking in power. I have adjusted the 2 screws in the front and the idle is perfect but that's all they do.
Any other knowledge about the jets and other tuning components?

The mixture screws, as you learned, only affect the idle mixture.
The main jets and needles inside of the carb are what truly is going to make the car perform well.
So the very first thing you will need is a full tuning kit from Edelbrock.
Chances are if you know what's inside of your engine (is it all stock, or have you built it up with specific parts?) you should be able to call up Edelbrock, tell them what your altitude is, and what state of tune your motor has, and they can either recommend specific jet sizes to try, or tell you which carb kit to buy, and follow its directions carefully.
Honestly, carb tuning is a very tricky science, that almost falls into being a quasi-art form. Don't expect perfection on your first time taking it apart, and putting it together.
BC.
