I have an opportunity to buy these wheels for my Type-R at a really good price. Sometimes I really like the look, other times, not so much. Just wanted some feedback. I'm thinking of purchasing them and if I change my mind, just turning them into track wheels use my OEM wheels as winters.

IMHO there is only one car that looks good with red wheels.

i love your type r. people will kill for a type r like yours over here where i live. i had a dc5 type s before the 8 and i loved that too. i don't like those rims though. the stock ones are nicer. i can only see championship white type Rs with white rims. but that's just me.

They'd be cool racing wheels - easy to spot your car - but I think they're just a bit too loud for daily driving. I really do sort of like the look, it's different and it somehow works quite well...but I just think they'd be too much off the track.

Here is what they look like in white. I don't like how the white isn't the same as the white of the car.

i like them, but i only like them on old school to early 90's car. so on that intergra it looks good hope that answers your question. and if you get a white car i like red on them. white on white to me doesnt look good.

Anyways, I don't like the current rims since it's a different shade of white. I would have thought I would have hated the red ones if someone had told me about it, but after seeing the pics they're not too shabby at all.

Guess the final decision for me would have to be how they looked in direct sunlight.
