I live in North Richland Hills/Hurst Tx and an older woman (97 Toyota Avalon) ran right into me when I was going straight- anyone have any ideas about where I should take my car?? I am worried about something happening to it. - Its not just an ordinary car- and I am also worried about taking it to Mazda and them switching parts and something go wrong after I get it back- I am very skeptical. Hiley Mazda is just down the road from me- and I also am impressed with Advantage Autoworks on Davis in NRH- I talk to the lady with Farmers tom.

Does Hiley have a collision center I wana say they contract it out somewhere else- I think they told me that before?

I know Hiley Mazda in Arlington has a Collision Center......I would probably take my car to Mazda so the parts are all orginal......

 

I have it at Advanced Auto Works on Davis BLVD, they said they have been in business for 18 years- We will see- I am pretty impressed with them and the work that they had shown me. I will post up picts. they said they are going to order Mazda parts and the guy from Farmers is doing his estimate on it there right now- He said I should have it back by the end of the week. that was another place I heard was good- it is at advantageautoworks now and they have already started. Thanks and I will keep u posted in how it goes. they are replacing the front bumper, air cleaner, bumper grill, radiator support, head light cover and hood.

Ya! I wana get the clears and the strakes next- too much has been goin on- my car gets hit then the next day my husbands 2010 Camaro gets hit! Mines back and his is in the shop still!- waitin on the insurance company and the lady that hit him....

 

How long did yours take? I brought it in on Monday and got it back Friday night! How fast were you going? and the sierra. Atvantage Auto wasn't cheap- are parts arn't cheap- $5,219!

 

going 50mph took about 3 weeks... I didn't have to pay a penny because the guy took responsibility and apparently he barely had a scratch

I can believe it! Ya the parts for our cars are expensive- the headlight alone for my car was over a grand! Were you ok? This past week my left shoulder and left side of neck are sore- so is my back- The lady that hit me took full responsibility also, that makes it easier! It looks like he it you pretty good! Did they replace the tire as well, it looks scratched up

 

man the same thing happend to me when i was going 45 mph.
the lady ran stop sign and mess up my whole from..

 

I actually had just bought new tires.. but the tire was fine. Replaced the rim. Yeah I was fine I'm VERY pleased with the crash safety in the rx8... feel like I actually trust the car more haha. They did a pretty good job fixing it, and yeah each headlight assembly if you have HID's is like 1053 or something like that. Good news? No more rock chips in my front bumper or hood haha.

 

ya mine are the Xenon lights- very pricey- lol that is what I said- I don't have any rock chips any more! Other than the fact I wanted the car to begin with- that was a plus it has great crash safety!
