Restore Compression

Hi Guys,

Recently went for service at MM and they did a restore compression item
in the worksheet for me. Asked them what's that, the service guy
told me that they "pump oil into the engine" and its free cos still under warranty. Any idea what tht means?
I did tell them that my idling is a bit rough. Didnt feel any diff in performance
anyway. My 8 is only 16k mileage old. Any issues?

Hmm..dont think they did a reflash. Its nothing serious, cos power is still there.
Maybe been driving my wife's car too much..so feel idling is bit rough. Yo rumboo, tks for the info man, will ask them to do the MPSP16 next service. Do feel in high temperature,, car loses power a bit. Cheers guys!

Oh, i meant the 2nd item on the Rosenthal Mazda site, specifically:
http://www.finishlineperformance.com...14-08-1924.pdf

They spray some engine cleaner into the lower intake manifold vacuum hole..

Not sure if Mazda Singapore uses the same service bulletins.. the bulletins on the site could be either generated or adapted by Mazda North America..
