You vandalized both my tyre LHF & LHR on 08/09/14 @ Tampines blk 487C! What you done have been captured by my in-car all round camera with your face, vehicle picture and number plate and witness by a Taxi driver, Hahaha! You better call me @ 90725970 or I going to make police report! I give you a chance before I go to police!
