this kit quite new, 06-07 model? dont think anyone have that yet. maybe wangan already installed on his black 8.
edit: the red 8 without side skirt look a bit unbalance, looks heavy at the front.

Yes depending on what type of products.
Ranging from 5% to 30% import tax and then 10% sales tax which may or may not be applicable to you.
