ireland trip - help me plan
I'm trying to scetch out a plan for my trip to Ireland but have no idea how to go about. From the research I've done I'm tied down to Shanon and Dublin as starting and end points but which way to head in betwen. Ideally I have 3 days in the last week of May for it but it may turn into 5 if someone can convince me to it.
Well, my initial plan was to arrive in Dublin drive around for 3 days and return but now I figured that I can cover more if I start in Shanon and end in Dublin. I'm thinking of renting a car to get there but what route to take. From the map I see two options:
- limerick, cork, wexford, dublin
- limerick, galway, castlebar, dublin
I dont know if I have enough time. I know i should be after the scenery, coastlines, castles, and small town atmosphere but which way to it?

I hope you will be renting and RX8
My best advice for touring Ireland would be to start off in Dublin and work your way anti-clock wise around the country. Spend most of your time on the south-west coast as that is the most scenic and interesting. Two days should suffice to see Irelands' capital - Dublin. Make sure you see the Guinness brewery museum, its awesome.
In anycase, if you need a point of contact while you are over here, send me a PM and I would be happy to oblige.
Cheers,
Akay
