according to speedhunters, clubloose holds one of the most organized events in the US for amateur drifting.

I used to spectate 2-4 times a summer but after 3 years i got bored of it.

ive always wondered how rx8s even drifted at stock trim... Ive seen 350z's at the road course at raceway park barely able to get it sideways around a corner. All of the drifting rx8s i look at on the forums are people doing super tight drifts fully utilizing transitions in parking lots.

whatever track you go to, you should go there and watch. try before you buy.

Thanks for the responses...
I've been trying multiple forums for several days now, with not a single response. I post on the RX8Club and I have multiple responses.
I'm still hoping to find a parking lot in my area, but hopefully I will get to the lockcity events, and the driftspot at NHMS as I have seen those while racing there! can't wait to give it a try!

I think you should don't join the school. Because in school you have just waste your money. You should find a wide and free road and a car which is not so much expensive. Remember one thing in your life that if you have to trust on yourself then you can win the whole world. So self confidence is very important in this. You can learn it 10 time faster then a school training. Believe me if you want to control your fear then you have to do this without a school.
