Brand new - Never used. Thought I would need it but in the end I didn't. Paid just over $100 with taxes; my loss, your gain. Asking for $70

Yes it is - the tabs are easily broken and most people just use a dremel to cut the ring off since they are quite difficult to get off. It's still available, so let me know!
