Let's meet at Canada Olympic Park. The very first parking lot just after the entrance. Let's meet there at 11AM. Wait for everybody. Then cruise out by 11:30-11:45 on Highway 1.
Bring your own food, drinks, booze, etc etc. There's also places to eat in Canmore so you might not have to bring anything.
If you need to fill up before the meet, go gas up then show up at COP. I'll be there earlier to get things ready. Pretty much do whatever you need to do eat, gas, drink, dress before you show up at COP so it's a bit more organized.

Nope..just a Calgary Protege Club meet. Thought I'd invite you guys out if you wanna come. There isn't any more details. We're just meetin at COP, having lunch at Canmore, then cruising back to the city. Since summer's almost over...might as well get one last meet in before school starts and everybody's back at work after their vacation.

Hopefully I will be able to attend, I missed the Calgary rx8 meet because of work.... Damn the Man who makes me work on saturdays. I think i'll be down for that meet tho, but i might stay in canmore and skip the drive back.

I just realized that my car will be long gone by then. its going on the train to london. Maybe next summer
You'd have a lot more driving fun if you exited the TCH at Morley (Chief Chiniki Exit) and went north for a couple of minutes to the 1A. Lotsa curves between Morley and Canmore.
I'll have to check it out. 1A is ok. Too bumpy and a lot of slow moving vehicles as the speed limit is at 65 in a lot of areas.
