Well, last night, Wak and I went karting with his little bro. It was a blast, Wak is so fricking good with those little cars, so, afterwards, we gave him his second drive in an 8.
The start was a little bumpy, but only while backing out, once we hit the road, he seemed pretty comfy with the shifter.
Although, I wouldnt have worried, but he didnt want to push it too high in the revs, though, I dont blame him, I would be feeling the same way if it werent my car, so I can understand. (And no Tim, no stalling in the corners, he came close twice, but he recovered)
The only part he was a little unsure, not used to driving a standard, was, hitting that little lip going into the parking area for Vietnamese noodles, kinda stalled it there, but its all good, he kept his composure, and he got it in with no real problems.
Hopefully, the more we give him a taste for a feel for these wonderful works of art, the more likely he will go into modeling and buy one sooner we hope....

Just saw the post . Good job. We should give him a lot of practice so that we can convince him that he can't live without the 8. Soon we will have an army of 8's cruisin' Vancouver.
