36k-15k = 21k financed = $395.33 per month for a 60 month loan at 4.9%.

I think a more realistic price on a GT is $42,000, all in. Not to change the subject, but just making you aware.

Also, don't forget about the taxes. I'm not sure what the rate is in Quebec, but in Ontario we're at 15% (ouch!) on the difference after trade. So, using your numbers, 36000 - 15000 = 21000 + 3150 (15%) = 24150. Over 60 months at 4.9% would be 454.63. For every $1000 financed it will be $18.83 per month.
