I've always found the best deals locally since shipping is expensive.
Picked up a a set of 245/40/18 Falken FK452 last year for $800, including taxes and install.

You might not want to keep your location so secret. (Unless you are in witness protection or something.)
I'm sure Al will ship.
But, if that's not what you are looking for, I've had good luck with Tires23 out of Toronto (www.tires23.com) and they actually had a price that beat TireRack once you imported it.
I've had a few folks I know buy from tiretrends with good results, but no personal experience.

I just bought a set of General Exclaim UHP 225/45/18 from TireTrend. Since I'm in BC, I saved the shipping charges and picked them up. They were $30 less per tire than the next best price I could find in town. And General has a $50 rebate for 4 tires, until tomorrow.
