Going to Toronto for a Weekend!!!

I am going to visiting my mother for a few days between April 9 -12. So two questions:

1. What are the Laws in Canada about vehicles with a Nitrous setup? Is it allowed? Would it be illegal for me to cross the border with it in my car?

2. Is there any meets organized for that weekend?

I believe you can have it in your car as long as it isn't connected (ie you don't have to remove it completely, you just have to disconnect it so that it's inoperable -- and be sure to get ready to prove it!). Best thing to do would be to make sure your setup is inconspicuous -- IE even if you get stopped, make sure none of it is visible -- saves you the hassle of proving it's disconnected.

All my lines are all unnoticable(sleeper), however my tank placement is not. So I better leave my tank at home and that should be a way to be inoperable.

I depart Toronto April 12 and headed west back to Michigan. I would love to go but its out of the way for me.

When I use to live in Toronto there use to be a wekly night meet typically Friday and Saturday night, if I remember in highway 7. Close to the China mall north of Scarborough. Been a while since I have been back.

Anyway if anyone is intersted in doing a small meet in Friday or Saturday night I am up for it.

Wow... talk about a near-racial slur

Im sorry. I wasn't trying to be racial in anyway. I couldn't remember the name for it.

Then I remember it was called Pacific Mall. There was a royal bank and a coffee shop just east of it. That was where we would meet a long time ago. Not sure if that place is still happening.

I wouldn't call that anywhere near racial... that's more a descirptor... doesn't have the same ring as say "that's the first good white thing"

Yeah... PMall is still around.. and normally there's acouple of 8's around there at one point or another... no one really meets around there though.. parking around there sees a 5000% increase in the likelyhood that you'll have a dent in your door (if you're lucky that's all that will happen) by the time you return to your car.

No its the donut shop on the north side of steeles and midland, at the corner old kennedy...that was WAAAAAAAAAAAAY back...

That Timmies is mostly for chinamen really. You can get free mandarin lessons there! :P

PS:
Found it...it was called "Milley's" ... that coffee shop at the corner around steels and old kennedy...

Feature: Street racing: Are sport compact owners unfairly targeted by the police?
