Getting my new exhaust? Duty? Border troubles?

So after about a year of doing research im finally gunna take the plunge and purchase the B&B catback exhaust for the rx-8, purchasing it through vividracing.com I will be paying the listed:

$860 USD (exhaust)
+$90 USD (shipping)

$950 total so im thinking, it will be just more then 1000 Canadian before install.

The REASON for my post is to clarify some issues I have:

#1) What duty/ tax / fees should I expect to pay? how much/ what is the percentage?

#2) and how much should I be looking at to install this?

Spence

I will be posting before and after vids once I recieve the product.

13% + whatever brokerage/handling fee the courier company stick you with. The rule of thumb is to ship through US Postal whenever possible, but an exhaust might be too big for them. Budget in an extra $200 to get it across the border.

If you want to save some more, ship it to buffalo side, drive down install it drive back, no extra charges.

Shipping UPS I would think at LEAST $200 ouch what a rip! Install should only be around $100, just diy. Cheers!

Doing it yourself shouldn't take you more than 2 hours even if you slack.

Agreed, I love the idea the thing is I don't have any contacts in the buffalo region that either carry the product, or I know well enough to ship a product to them and then have them install it.

Does anyone have a reputable US autobody place that you think would do this in the USA?
