So anyways.... i wass looking at a for sale thread and the interior colour was the black and tan colour leather. Im looking for a BB with red and black interior. Then one guy (sorry forgot your username) says that the red and balck interior is not avaialble for a BB in Canada. SO i searched and he was correct !!!! So does anyone in Canada right now reading this .. have a BB with red and black interior if so what did you do. I REALLY REALLY want that colour combo interior. And also do you think its worth it to go to the states and bring it over? My second option is gettng balck inteior but personally i think itll be too plain .. i want some contrast . Shed some light on this and i NEED ADVICE ADVICE ADVICE .

I have a Titanium Gray with the black and tan leather, and I find that interior colour combo looks classier than the black/red which, IMHO, is just a bit flashy looking for such an elegant car. This is, of course, all subjective.

Your other option is to purchase the nicest BB you can find, regardless of interior, and then order new leather seat covers in whatever colour and style you want - there are many threads on some custom shops and they don't seem prohibitively expensive. Plus, you get to choose the exact shades you'd want.

It was me who told you. I was looking for the same combo when I bought my Rx-8 and was disappointed as well. The easiest thing to do is buy your BB and then swap interiors with someone with a VR in Canada or custom do the seats and doors when you get a black interior.

stormy blue with beige leather interior is the classiest of all!

However, extra leather care is required to keep it looking beige and not grey!

Thanks for all the responses guys. When i found this out, it was like my whole dream of buying an Rx8 was shattered. Some might think its something stupid and small but im very picky. I guess it would be easiest like some people said to buy a BB i want and then swap with a VR or custom it out. Its probably better than having to buy a BB with red/black interior from US and bring it over. No DRL and id have to drive for at least a couple hours and complicated paper work.

I still dont know what to do lol. I mean if i were to swap interior with someone who has red and black leather... How hard would that be ... cuz i want heated seats and would it look legit ... as in would it look like the BB came with that interior

Question for you guys..... Should i get black and tan, all black or beige interior. Which one of these three do msot people who want to trade their red/black look for ? I dont really care which one i get cause ill be swapping the seats, door panel and steering wheel anyway .

Dude if you want it that bad and it's available in the states, go to the states, otherwise you might just never be happy with it.

thought about it , its too complicted. 5 hours drive ... paper work ... bringing it over.... no DRL .....etc.... I just saw one on autotrader that has Red black inteior and it is a BB. No headlight washers so im guessing its from the states. BUt in the end ill prbly buy one that appeals (BB,gt 2007 with low miles, navi, fogs, sun roof, nd aero package.. if not no biggie you can jsut buy those and put them on.) and then swapp the seats and stuff with a VR. but thanks for your reponse man... cant wait to get it ... im working 3 jobs to save for this car

I'm not a big fan of any of Mazda's two-tone interiors.. love my black leather interior! I wouldn't mind seeing a two-tone black/blue though.

VR does look damn sexy Leesha . But personally its too much attention for me. My mind is deff for the BB right now lol. Who noes maybe if a ghost haunts me and tells me to get VR i might jsut have to change my mind LMAOO.
