Which Brand of Gas do you use?? (Calgary)
Hey guys,
I've been living in Calgary for about a year now, and I'll be picking up my Winning Blue RX-8 soon. However, I was wondering which BRAND of gas does everyone in Calgary use? I see very few big named gas brands in Calgary (I only see Petro Canada mostly). Where I came from there were tons of brands to choose from, Chevron, Esso, Shell, Petro Canada and a few others. I ONLY used Chevron back then, but I see none of them in Calgary. Any help is appreciated thanks.
Thanks,
LiTTleRX-8
P.S. Don't turn this into an OCTANE thread, it's not

Thanks for all the replies. I really wish there was a Chevron here in Calgary
Has anyone tried SUPERSTORE gas in their rx-8? I know that sounds...bad, but I usually see Superstore or Petro Canada stations around my work and house.

Mentalhealth is overrated
Ya, you would think that all the mainstream gas stations would give you the same results. I was using the high test gas at Esso because it was the most convenient stop for me. I switched over to Petro-Can and I got about 1.5 - 2 mpg better. I also use Shell when I can because they gave out triple air miles for high test gas all summer.
I also hate the service you get fro the Esso station on Mcleod near Glenmore.
1) Its frick'n busy around there now that they put that Tim Horton's near by
2) They always cash one of there registers between 7:30 and 8:00 in the morning. Hello?....rush hour? duh!
3) The twits that work there have no concept of customer servicce...ignore the customer...play their rap music too loud......stand around while there are 6-8 people in a line waiting...IDIOTS
4) They are always short of product on the shelves.

I buy at Safeway (occasionally) and Esso mostly, and Shell (rarely).
