Best shop in Ontario/Quebec for engine rebuild?
I am looking into replacing my apex seals with the new Esmeril Racing apex seals.

My engine is not blown what so ever. I would just like to install these seals to give myself peace of mind before I install my next FI kit.

While I will admit I'm not all that familiar with these seals, but I'd just stick with the Mazda seals. Their R&D and test budget is going to far exceed that of a small outfit which *might* sell 500 sets of seals. At least on RX-7s, Mazda Apex seals are not a limiting factor the the many people who run significant boost.
There are a couple of ceramic seals which make sense in high-rpm race applications. It might be a different story for very high HP drag race applications.

Mazda Seals are probably the best seals for your money.... I'm running on Mazda seals in my 20b that's pushing close to 700hp and its been going about 3 years daily driving and track days. with no problems at all. If you do have the money ceramic are the way to go. as they are reusedable and lighter. They are not unbreakable as we had two let go in our 20B PP race car which were a factory defect.
Its all in the tuning and assembly of the engine...
