It's a bit of a story but basically it's just available to someone here in NZ who wants a turbo and will exchange some of the oem parts (IE air intake etc) plus a few $ for a kit etc . Looking for expressions of interest so we can nut out how it might work .

Thats a shame,
Does anyone know of somewhere that does good/reliable turbo setups for the RX8?
Ive talked with PPRE but their pricing seems a little steep,

No-one in NZ does this successfully to my knowledge (with a big emphasis on the word "SUCCESSFULLY").

The way to get a good setup is to get to know someone that has done it successfully and have them guide you through the process.

Im not looking for anything crazy, just a bit more low to mid power,
I used to have an Evo and miss the turbo when driving spiritedly (if thats even a word),

Funny - some guy in an Evo took me on today - he is very sad that he did

Come see me some time and i'll fill you in on what is required . In meantime have a look on here for someone selling a used Greddy kit on this forum. Should be able to pick up something for around US$2000 . Will cost you about a $1000 to get it here then allow another $3000 for supporting mods . Also - if this sounds like a lot of money to you - forget the whole idea because owning a turbo 8 is expensive !!!!

This will get you around 250whp and make the car a bit quicker than a stock STI or EVO.
