Those interested in the CX-7 may be interested in pages 100-104 of the latest issue of Wheels...

Looks like Mazda has another winner on its hands.

Now, if only they would use the profit to develop the RX8 the way Porka uses the Cayenne as a cash cow to build turbo 911's. Was that subtle enough?

Hahaha......Will and I only expressed interest in one.

You, however, took the whole interest thing a little too far, too early.....

Went to the launch last night. Drank "sparkling wine"
and ate horses doovers, quaffed strawberries and melon. Saw the odd Mazda too!!

A Stormy Blue RX-8 was in the showroom, looked a little like the Strato Blue under the flouros. Bit too dark for my liking.

The CX-7 looked the goods. They had a Silver, a Titanium, a Black and a Copper Red there. $43K plus change on the road for the Cloth Pack (no sunroof, no leather, no climate control, no Bose, no silver buttons, no chrome doorhandles ). Leather Pack was north of $50K.

Shame it doesn't have the 20" wheels the Crossport had, but the 18's looked okay.

Might even get one (Cloth Pack of course). All the ones they had in the showroom were sold. The entire first shipment is sold, apparently.

Cheers.

Have to say that I was also a little dissapointed in the lack of Bling Bling rims compared to what was on show at the motor show.

And yes, the emblem on the front IS HUGE! Also realised how much the car looks like the Lexus 430.

Ohh and Gomez...you forgot the heated front seats on the leather pack.
