Well someone is going to be unhappy, so maybe Xcon and drum-beats can workout which weekend is the one we will go for.
The event setup is coming along well. I spent yesterday working on putting some of the event together. Some of the roads are looking pretty good with plenty of twisty bits.
I even managed to get my car out of the shed on Sunday and take it for a drive, first time since the street sprints.

And you are right in saying we need more females to get involved with these events.
So still no definite date yet then?
I got some more of the event written out today, so nearly half way through it now.

Ok, looks like the 27th is the date we are looking at then.
I'm just in the process of booking somewhere for our lunch break, if the weather lets us get there.
Updated first post.

Just an update, I have booked a lunch stop, so all is coming along well.
Hope everyone is getting there car ready for a great day out.
I've updated the first post to show the coordinates for the start point and start time.
Although I may move the start time forward by half an hour.
Look out for anyone you may think could be interested in a good drive around the country, and see if they want to come along.

Here a couple of pictures of the prize for who ever gets the most questions right on the MMRR event.
We expect the winner to eat it all in one go.
I have changed the time start for the event to 9.00am, just to allow enough time for us to get to our lunch stop.
Hope everyone is getting ready, only 4 weeks to go.

Don't forget everybody to add your phone to your twitter account for this event.
Go to your twitter page
Find settings along the top
Click on settings
Then click on the tab marked Mobile
Put your mobile or tablet number that you are going to use on the event in the necessary places and activate.
Then making sure your phone/tablet is on, text Go to the number listed on the twitter page.
Save Changes.
Now once you have activated your phone, you can go back to your twitter page on your computer and again find settings
Click on settings
Then click on the tab marked Mobile
Check the boxes next to Text notifications for each type of notification you would like enabled for your device.
Save Changes.
Now you should be able to receive tweets as a text message, which will make it easier for everyone on the day of the event.
Thanks
