Knight Sport rx-8 Macau Grand Prix Road Car challenge(updated with in video)
R35 GTR had pole position but was beaten by Evo at launch ?! Then went to first corner too hot, tyres not warmed... under.. BANG... -..-" so sad....
if the third car didnt block the 8 for so long, I am sure he would've taken that EVO IX (note - the winner E9 is also the winner of last year)
This is the second year Macau GP include Road car with modification, unlike other one make race, formula, GT etc...

Ha I recorded the race too.
GTR was driven by Philip Yau. You seen his video? Cocky dude he is.... No comment in his driving.
If I were in Macau, father in law was able to get me back passes last time... could have been shaking hands with Mr Knight Sports again....

thanks for the photos taka, i wish i could attend the macau GP next year.
Yeh in regards to KRC, he did make some provoking comments among other tuners in HK in some magazines... he still can brag about his pole position though..but the mistake he made at "po ging wan" will surely be talked about for long long time...
ps - how come i never see u on msn anymore o.oa
PPS - Does the installation of Mazdaspeed oil cooler result in more engine oil needed in the car ?

I thought I replied this thread.
Yeah let's go together. I wish I had back passes last time and we can look at all the cars... and gals.
Philip Yau is good driver alright. I remember his personal video made a VCD (now I hope it was him) that he drove an EVO 8 not able to catch Lok's Type R who was leading.

PPS - Short answer is yes but not much. Total volume is constant but per oil change over is similar.

I strongly suspect that the RX-8 has a 13B REW engine rather than the MSP engine. I really wish I am wrong but I have seen they have the REW conversion in an RX-8 long time ago.

I totally agree with u Taka about the 13B REW, the amount of power its making to be in Group A and the fact that they have lot more data and experience on the REW...
