Initial D Live Action Movie Screening:Single Only In SA
Hey guys my names BJ, im over from toyotacarclub.net id just like to post this seeing as i thought some of u guys mite be interested
This will be the ONLY screening of the live action film within South Australia as none of the boutique cinemas have picked the film up.
Tickets are on sale now.
Tickets are $12 and strictly limited to 400 seats.
The screening has been confirmed and will take place at the Hoyts Cinema's Tee Tree Plaza, in one of their 400 seat cinemas (the largest on offer at TTP)
August 19, 7:00PM
Concluding the evening will be a cruse through the Adelaide Hills.
saw this when it first came out.. wasted $13+ and time waiting in the queue...
just stick to the original anime and manga..
this movie really ruined it for me..
they tried to turn it into semi HK style comical cinemation but didn't work for most part i think..
Well the movie has been showing in the Reading Cinema, market city, Sydney for at least a month, I watched it a few weeks ago and it was an 'Above-avarage Hongkong movie'. Wanted to tell you guys about it after i watched the movie but thought u people might not be interested or Taka would let u people know as he can read Chinese n does keeps up with HK showbiz news (do u Taka??)

I do keep in touch with HK showbiz, the lastest TV series from Hong Kong via satellite, and go to concern once in a while. But I don't really watch HK movie. I might hire their DVD, but not a cinema goer for a long time. Last time when Mia was still my gf. :p
BT is illegal for Hong Kong titles.... please. (at least not mention it here) :D.
