Question How are you personalising your 8?

I still can't decide on what i'm going to add to my 8. I thought if i hear what everyone else is doing it might help me make up my mind.

What is everyone going to add to there own 8?

I'm seriously contemplating the Rear Wing (yeah I know, but it's not too "ricey" is it? Front spoiler lip, rear under-deflector kit and those snazzy little side highlights in the wheelarch vents.

Oh, and an MP3.

Oh, and a set of lightweight 17"s and some race rubber.

Probably down the track, will beef up the sway bars and get the Mazdaspeed springs. (lower and stiffer).

Thumbs up

Starting of by re doing my brake calipers i hate the colour at present , re doing them in red or yeloow ??

As far as other mods IMO there is nothing really different and the prices a a real rip off, iam getting aftermarket spoiler and aluminiun exhaust finishers .

If everybody gets the same mazda bits hows this going to make your car individual???

I like the looks of the euro spoiler. I might get the rotary crests for if I can get them for a reasonable price... there is no way I'm forking out > $100 each for a tiny bit of metal.

I'm just going for the crests F+R and the strakes, plus the scuff plates just inside the doors.

I saw some carbon fibre interior dress ups for the console that would cover the aluminium "look" that I'm partial towards but I generally want to avoid a boy racer look.

I think holding back a little while for a few tuners and body mod shops to come out with some offerings is a good bet.

I'd like to pep up the donk a bit with less restrictive filters and exhausts and a bit of a ECU tinker...

...but I'll be quite happy making the RX8 experience a bit of a journey!

Kev.

I've got the crests - really like them.....

Was thinking about the Strakes but have decided not to... a bit too flashy for me... though my kids will kill me a they love them ( they've watched Fast and Furious too many times and would want everything...)
