Air Bag Warning Light
Hi All
My Air Bag Warning Light has come on over the weekend. I was wondering if there is a place besides the dealer to get this checked out?
My car is out of warranty, I hope this doesn't tear me a new hole in the hip pocket .
BTW I'm in Adelaide
Thanks

Thanks for the suggestion DarkBrew. I've already tried disconnecting the harness without success.
Another visit to the dealer ! I only had my 50k service about a month ago and this problem only occured after this service. Probably just a coincidence annoying none the less.

You tried the connectors under both seats?
Is the light flashing? If so then how many flashes?
When it's solved please post the solution.

Andrew all of us at some time or another have both bad luck and good luck.
I always persist through the bad times, and keep going until the good luck comes....and when it does I'm happy to receive it....!

Had this happen yesterday but I was messing with the passenger seat. Pulled it all the way forward and reclined it all the way so I could change my 2yr old. I'll have to check the connectors.
Almost always find the answers on this board, love it.

Thanks for the suggestions.
Next job getting my new brake rotos fitted. still undecided about pads though.

Unlike most spam, chain letters do not cost anything. Theres nothing wrong in sending a chain letter which could bring the hopes of bringing relief to other tired and discouraged men.
Just send a copy of this letter to five of your friends who are equally tired and discontented. Then bundle up your wife or girlfriend and send her to the man whose name appears at the top of the following list and add your name to the bottom of the list.
When your turn comes, you will receive 15,625 women. One of them is bound to be better than the one you already have. At the writing of this letter, a friend of mine had already received 184 women, of whom 4 were worth keeping.
REMEMBER this chain brings luck. You can be lucky too, but DO NOT BREAK THE CHAIN! One man broke the chain and got his own wife back again. Or, nuclear war is a definite possibility. You will develop psoriasis, gout, hemmhoroids, herpes, and/or a common cold. Furthermore, you may even be forced to spend an evening with an accountant or a lawyer discussing their work!
Let's keep it going, guys! Just add your name to the list below!
