You can sell the personalised ones in Australia.. Only the standard ones are not transferrable - they remain with the car for the life of the car and are not reused in the same State..

It can be big business - quite common for them to sell around the $50,000 mark...

I don't think many people will know what EVOLV stands for...therefore it would be a waste of money.

Although, if someone wants the audience to think or ask the question then this would be the ideal plate. However you may want to debadge the car first.

Now if those plates read "Revolver" you'd have a sale! :D

"Evolv" was part of the genesis for my forum nickname. The fact that my car is 'gunmetal grey', has an engine that loves to rev and my head is shaped like a bullet made the rest easy!! :p :D :D

I remember checking out that car at the Sydney cruise BTW - very tidy. Love the wheels and the other detail work (e.g. extra strake). Best red example I've seen so far <ducks under Timbo's left hook>.

Yeah, this time last year the bidders had pumped the price from an opening of 10K to $13,800. They must have been dummy bidders :p .

How much would it cost to buy these plates new in NSW? They're worth less now 'cos they're secondhand.
