As long as it can be defeated (like our nice little DSC OFF switch :rock: ) I see nothing wrong with it,

with the exeption that it is a high technology item that will jack up the price of all small cars (since you would get stuck with ABS/TCS/DSC on even the most basic, stripped down model)

Can you imagine a bare bones chevy aveo (theyre like what, free with the purchase of a cellphone and a 2 yr service commitment? :bootyshak )
no radio, no power locks/windows/mirrors, Heater only (no A/C) but it still has ABS/TCS/DSC!!! (BTW do you need TCS on a car that has less than 32 Hamsterpower???)

I vote for only GOOD stability control systems. Having way intrusive stability control (or TCS) is dangerous in its own right - I had an IS300 which had a VERY intrusive TCS/SC system which almost got me hit a few times when I needed to accelerate quickly. Instead of letting me accelerate with a small bit of slip, it just held my throttle at about 10-15 mph.

i vote for people learning how to fsking drive. if we all need big brother, big bother can pay the payments for me.
