Does anyone missing the plastic guard (not sure how to say that thing) under the rear fender? Thanks in advance!

BTW , if you don't understand what iam talking about , go check you rear fender.

There ws someone who mentioned a hole at the top of the rear license plate area. I think that most of us have that hole. Does someting go there?
