I was at the dealer getting service and was asking him about 8's and engine replacement. He said he thinks mine has had one but he is not sure. He showed me the service history and we saw a couple of instances where it was brought in for "hard start" and seems a dealer did some engine work, but he couldn't decipher what exactly. Then at home I looked in the door to see the build date (10/03) and I saw this sticker. Anyone know if this could indicate a new engine? Maybe cat converter? I notice some EPA markings on the sticker.

 

if it was brought in for 'hard starts', they probably replaced the starter as advised under one of the TSBs

 

I believe thats a PCM upgrage. Its software for the car, a good thing.
