Oh yeah movie shotting is gonna go sooooooo smoothly. First movie set to require all cast members and extra's to be padded down and run through a metal detector.

I liked the original. In the first movie, the gang members had knifes and bats. Guns were rarer on the streets 30 yrs ago. Now, it would seem, all gang members use guns. How are "The Warriors" going to make it across New York City today? I would think it would be impossible.

Note: I am not anti-gun. I have a couple myself. It is just that sometimes they are in the hands of the wrong people.

The new movie is set in LA and has none of the comic book gangs of the first movie.. It's same director of "Domino" and he's using real LA gangs... It's supposed to be on more of an epic scale as well.. like Kingdom of Heaven.. 9 guys against 30k guys or some such..

what i kind liked about the first one was there was nearly no guns, only knives and bats. i hope they dont over do it with stuff like too many gun fights or something
