Is the RX-8 spare tire a 17" yellow one that is identical to the 16" RX-7 one?

If the RX-7 spare was T125 / 70 D 17 then yes. I however do not know if the RX-7 bolt pattern is the same 5 x 114.3 as the RX-8.

 

The 3G RX-7 was 5 x 114.3 for sure, but I don't know the offset.

 

The reason I am asking is because I had several RX-7 spares and 1 RX-8 spare laying around. I sold this guy a 16" RX-7 spare on ebay, and he says that I sent him a 17" spare. I need to know if there is a chance I sent the RX-8 spare, so my question is:
Is the RX-8 spare a 17" rim? Thanks a lot.

 

Is it for an Auto RX8 or manual? Only 17's will fit on a manual RX8.

 

It was an auto, and the problem is now resolved. I sent out the correct 17" RX8 spare at no charge, after sending a free FD spare by accident. Thanks.
