Damaged My Front End... Aftermarket Nose Replacement?
Hey All,
Anyone here have experience with insurance and autobody shops and aftermarket body parts. I just damaged my nose on my 8 (2006 model, yeah sucks) and was considering doing an aftermarket nose since they have to do body work anyway.
Insurance/body shops amenable to this if the price for the parts is similar?

Talk to the body shop 1st. They would likely do it as long as you make up the difference, and they may know if your particular insurance co. will approve/dissaprove. Your insurance company probably wouldn't care since they have to pay out $XXX either way.
