I've read about that before, they have some serious issues in SA.

What about just a rp supercat? I think it would be sick to shoot out some flame when you shift.

But yeah, I have never had any guys rev at me except crotch rockets. It is like they are all too afraid that my car has like 600 horses just because it looks so exotic. But the bikes think they can beat me so they rev. OR. Maybe they are revving because they know I have a rotary which revs so high just like their bikes. I have guys in stangs and evos stare at me but never rev. The only guy I ever had rev at me was a turboed 2nd gen eclipse. We had a little fun but nothing special.

Not so much due to flames, but the loud ass bang sounds (imagine someone putting an M-80 firecracker in your midpipe).

since my 8 is still n/a and slow i will live vicariously through maddog.....until i come up with enough scratch to hire MM, maddog and rotarygod to be my personal forced induction tuning team!

i still have nightmares about staying away from evo's in the tight stuff @ streets of willow only to get blown by on the straight.....

lucky you! I get all kinds of rev hard stares and derriere-heads trying to intimidate me, and then when I am at work there is this idiot who says that my car is a little toy car and that anything with pistons can smoke me... I deal with this crap every day :banghead: JC!! just yesterday I offered to race his ass, (guy drives a ford ranger pickup auto) and he said he will go and buy a GTO then kill my ass! :anger:
all the crap talk and won't even try it! it infuriates me to the core, I want to discreetly modify my 8 without any advertsement and see if then when some ass wipe revs at me I can have the confidence of FI under the hood along with some nasty juice Xpress ... that way not only will I shut them all up but will enjoy it too...

I am a married 34yr old man, I bought an rx-8 because I had an FD RX-7 and loved it to hell, then drove a pontiac GP (married special ltd) for many years until I finaly came up on some nice cash to own a good looking rotary powered car...

anyways, sorry for the rant, I will mod my 8 discreetly now
