This is actually the first forums I've joined, so I'm not sure if this is correct equitte or if I'm doing something unnessacary >. <

I've been lurking around these forums for quite a while, as I've always loved RX8's (And RX7's, and pretty much rotarys in general) but I was really at a loss as to if I should join or not, as not only do I not actually own an RX8, or any car for that matter. But I also just turned 17 [July 25th] and I'm not sure what the policy is on 'kids' hanging around these forums. As I could guess that they tend to be unproductive and rather biased, as one would assume on the sterotype set up for most teenagers, who have a so called "voice" on cars these days.

So I guess the main point of this, is to just introduce myself. As such to try to give myself a foot up around here, as it seems a lot of the newer members get over-looked and brushed under until they get some sort of repuatation going.

I love the site, and it seems to have a most of the rotary news, as well as just general automotive news around the car world, before any other site. And there's definitly quite a few members who seem to really know these cars inside and out.

So, I hope to enjoy my admission into these forums, and hopefully when I finally do get an RX8, I'll be able to intigrate with the rest of you guys!

Thanks [?] for your time~

Welcome.

The best way to get along well and not get flamed... read the FAQ's, sticky threads and become acquainted with the "SEARCH" function. Doing this will go along way for you here.

And be sure to enjoy the lounge!

WELCOME! Age is irrelevant, race is irrelevant, gender is irrelevant, religious and political beliefs....irrelevant, so keep all this irrelevant data to yourself unless it is directly related to a topic or has some bearing on a discussion.

If a thread solicits an opinion, express your opinion. That is, express your opinion on the SUBJECT MATTER and not on SOMEONE ELSE'S opinion.

Try not to criticize other people's beliefs, tastes or perspectives. Above all, have a good time, enjoy yourself and respect everyone who has more than 1,000 posts. All others are irrelevant. :Peace:

Welcome to the forum. I'm pretty new here, but I have found that whining and bitching works a lot faster than any "search." Asking questions that have already been thoroughly discussed in other threads is highly encouraged. Hell, I've been doing it, and I'm pretty sure everyone here loves me.

Oh, and don't worry about getting yourself an RX-8, thats what mommies and daddies are for.
