Work Emotion XT-7... offset?

Sorry to contribute yet another offset question post, but I'm interested in the Work Emotion XT-7 in 18" x 8.5" all around.

Available offsets are 5mm, 32mm, 38mm, 46mm. I'm guessing the 46mm offset would be the safest. Is there any guarantee that these will fit? There would be a couple mm less inner clearance and a 10mm extension, which doesn't sound like a big deal. I'm having flashbacks of the first set of winter tires my tire shop ordered not clearing the calipers.

Advice would be appreciated.

Josh

You'll probably be safe with 38mm also. What size tires?

I was thinking of going with 245/40/18.

I'll probably go with the bronze. I have the black/brown leather interior and I think broze would complement it nicely.

Can't decide whether I want to do the MS body kit first though...

I like those wheels...you also could safely go up to 255 tires on 8.5" wheels if you wanted. Heck, my friend's BoxsterS has 265 on 8.5" wheels from the factory.
