Hi, for the J6 switch i need to know if the red and black wires go like this picture or the opposite way. forgive me. i'm a newbee .. thanks!

 

If that is for the power switch it doesn't matter. It is a simple switch circuit. In other words the MB supplys power all the time to one side and when the circuit is closed (by the M1-atx) it will boot the PC. Either way will work because the M1-atx is just closing the circuit.
