View Full Version : R-Magic Spoiler Pic

This is the first pic I've ever seen of the r-magic spoiler from the other side of the trunk. I didn't realize that the bottom of the spoiler stuck up like that off of the trunk. I still can't justify spending $1,100 on a spoiler but now I don't think I'd want it anyway.
I do like the R-magic front lip though. How hard is it to install front lips?
chrism 04-11-2006, 11:19 AM depends on the lip but i have the burnout lip which was easy as sin to install
Moostafa29 04-16-2006, 04:07 PM You'll more than likely have to remove the front bumper and do a bit of drilling. Other than that it shouldn't be too bad. I say go for this one, I'd love to see it.
andrew186 06-20-2009, 10:13 PM is this a R-magic spoiler replica?

have PMed the seller for confirmation and pictures but he has yet to get back to me..
seller has advertised as "rx8 fibre glass rear spoiler"
can anyone who owns the r-magic spoiler confirm?
P.S I know this is an old thread, but figured this is better than me creating a new thread to ask a question that might or might not be answerable :)
Alucard 06-20-2009, 10:48 PM yes... that looks like the R-magic wing....
but I need more pics to be able to tell if it is a replica, any shots from the side?
Alucard 06-20-2009, 10:58 PM ok... I found where you got that pic from and for the price that he is selling it for it is defiantly not the real deal... (unless he stole a shipment...lol)
from the R-Magic website....
http://www.rmagic2007.net/parts/products/detail.php?product_id=284
Price 78,750 JPY = $813 USD
so... yea that should answer your question
andrew186 06-21-2009, 06:52 AM hey thanks, i know its not the real deal.. was looking for a replica anyway :)

does the rmagic spoiler need drilling to fit?
chrism 06-21-2009, 10:03 AM both real and fake need to be drilled in because of thier size.....and the way to tell a fake is on the side plaque it would have the r-magic insignia.....also keep in mind the fake might fit like caca
Alucard 06-23-2009, 05:03 PM +1 for that.... Ive seen the real deal first hand... and the fitment was about 90% before any body shop fitting... so be prepared for fitment issues if you get a replica

COnsidering the R Magic side and rear bumper.
Alucard 12-21-2009, 04:32 AM do it... and just remember R-Magic FTW!
J wind 12-25-2009, 03:31 AM Who actually makes the replica anyways? I wanna pick one up for one purpose, photoshoots.
Fortunate Few 12-29-2009, 01:17 AM ebay. i may get it in the future.
Alucard 12-30-2009, 09:36 PM dont know the maker of the replica....
but idk if I would trust it... it would all depend on how good your body shop is... and depending on the fitment it may cost you the price of the real deal after all is said and done
ZachLegend 12-31-2009, 03:52 PM atiracing makes a replica. pretty cheap too.
