Hello All,

Are there any weekly or monthly meets going on in NOVA? I am usually on the WRX/STi boards and they have quite alot going on in our area all the time. Just looking to learn more about the cars and meet some RX-8 guys. I just got my car end of February. Maybe a mod can make a sticky of all of the up and comming events organized by area...it would be a good place to check the calendar in your area from meets/autox/track days.

A couple of people from this forum including myself have plans to go to the Mega Meet this Saturday in Woodbridge. I was hoping that a couple people would first meet up at the Springfield Silver Diner before riding down. There's another post in this NE section that has Mega Meet in the title, look there for more details.

 

Hey Joe - Check out the Mazda Sportcar Club of Washington (www.mscw.com). We meet monthly at the Fuddruckers in Tyson's Corner. We do things like Autox, track events, scenic drives, etc. One of my favorite benefits is that Rosenthal Mazda regularly lets us use their bays after hours to put the cars up on lifts to do minor maintenance. PM me if you want more info.

MSCW is having a meet this Wed. Come on, join the fun. I just traded shifts with a co-worker so that I'll be able to make it.

Naw - Just show up. You can join while you're there if you want, or just pick up membership info. You have to be a member if you're going to join in any other activities. To join look for Carl... he'll be the guy who brings lots of stuff in big folders. Or just ask anybody. At $26 per year, it's a good deal.
