I'll definitely be buying a new set of stickier tires, probably Falken Azeni's, and maybe a set of springs.

My coworkers convinced me I could write of some stuff as a business, so I think that might be what saved me. I just hope the IRS doesn't come knocking on my door with some big ass fine in 6 months. BunnyGirl 03-21-2006, 11:11 PM I got money back from federal, so I am using it to pay state, since work never used to take out state taxes. nt5k 03-21-2006, 11:12 PM I'm paying it off. nomopistons 03-22-2006, 06:39 AM  a tax attorney's help Asmoran 03-22-2006, 07:26 AM I'm buying a new gas furnace and heat pump. Well, a small portion of it anyway. I wish my return was big enough to pay for the whole thing. Edit: Okay, it's not for my 8, but because I need to drop $5,000 on this I can't afford anything for her. guy321 03-22-2006, 07:35 AM I won't be buying much what with having to pay the IRS :/ UnstoppableDrew 03-22-2006, 07:50 AM I owe the feds enough they can buy themselves a Mazdaspeed wing and have enough left over to get it mounted & painted. rx8wannahave 03-22-2006, 07:59 AM How...I don't know, but I aint getting JACK back from uncle Sam... HolyCross05 03-22-2006, 08:09 AM I'm getting the appearance package, painting the brake calipers, fender strakes, and clear corners. It's good being a student for half a year. Animagix 03-22-2006, 08:17 AM absolutely nothing... I did both fulltime and freelance the whole year so It sort of balances itself out to almost 0, which is perfect acceptable to me. alcimedes 03-22-2006, 08:27 AM I owe the gov. enough they could replace the entire exhause system on their 8's, and get a new CAI going as well. Photic 03-22-2006, 11:13 AM Either I'm going to look into starting a business, or put a down on a bike. Photic 03-22-2006, 03:11 PM Actually I might get more tattoos. Photic 03-22-2006, 06:09 PM Hmmm on fourth thought I might get a dog. I'm getting borderline post whorish on this one. mike0615 03-22-2006, 06:17 PM one very very stoned night.... just playin, i prolly save it for a rainy day. i'm getting 700 this year, pretty good, last year i owed 3000. but that was cuz i had a business then. i'm a worker bee now. mike0615 03-22-2006, 06:23 PM Actually I might get more tattoos. oh wait, i might get a tat with mine too! don't know what i want though Aratinga 03-22-2006, 06:59 PM Jeez, you'd think with all you folks willing to make interest-free loans to the Federal Government every year, they'd manage to stay out of trillion dollar deficits. Uh oh, was that a political statement? ;) But seriously -- why on earth do so many people deliberately have too much money withheld every year only to get it back in one lump sum with NO INTEREST earned??? You'd be better off to just put that amount in a simple savings account each month. I refuse to let the Fed have my money to use gratis. I got less than $50 back and then turned around and paid that plus another $200 to the friggin' state of California, which can't seem to calculate their withholding tables accurately. Even though I'm single-zero and have the maximum state tax withheld each year, I always end up owing the state two or three hundred dollars. dazygirl415 03-22-2006, 08:36 PM My tax refund is going towards my wedding. My fiance says I'll never have to wash my car again (he used to own his own detailing business and enjoys going the work) so I guess you can say my 8 is getting a lifetime of washing/waxing/detailing. :) nashirak 03-22-2006, 10:12 PM I got mine back before Valantine's Day. My returns bought the MS Springs, CPE intake and ECU/MAF programmer, and an alignment. She was very pleased with her V-day gifts :icon_tup: mike0615 03-23-2006, 05:33 AM My tax refund is going towards my wedding.
