Sorry, I'm not getting enough detail from you. Do you need help/access to a photo program, do you need clarification on the instructions, do you need I place to host your picture and/or are you having problems uploading your picture to the rxclub server?

You have to crop the image (pic) you want. Use a photo editing program, such as PhotoShop or Paintshop Pro or some shareware, and crop the area you want to make into the avitar. I think the max size is something like 100x68 pixels. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I don't remember what the maximum byte size is.

if i recall, its his shift keys that are broken, right RX-Evolved, but if thats the case and its the shift keys that are both depressed, hitting the caps and leaving it on will cause you to type in lower case...so unless it was someone else with the broken shift keys, you could try that and it might work

Aha Quantum sounds like a dentist. My bro used my laptop and had left this image on it. It's not to scale as you can tell since I changed it from what would be a 4 by 6 photo into 100 by 100 pixels.

If you wanna see it for real, be at Mid Ohio for the Valvoline SCCA runoffs the week of Sept. 15-21.

Monday Sept. 15 is practice session day.

Tuesday Sept. 16 -thru - Thursday Sept. 18th are qualifying days.

Friday Sept. 19 - thru - Sunday Sept. 21 are race days.

His race (GT2) is Friday, Sept. 19th @ 5:10pm.

He's usually #1 since he's defending NorPac champ, but he will be #11 at Mid Ohio, where there are more than 1 defending champs who will be competing against each other in their division...
