View Full Version : What would u rather get..
vApor 03-10-2006, 05:48 PM 2002 bmw m3 or 2004 g35 coupe.
both are fully loaded (dunno about FULLY.. but they both have navi and the goodies). both have about 30kish miles and if there was nothing wrong with either one stated from carfax. being that the g35 is 2 more years newer. kind of attracts it.. but then who can turn away from an m3?
Jedi54 03-10-2006, 05:53 PM Convertible M3 if it's available.
vApor 03-10-2006, 05:56 PM its not convertible.. and id rather get the hard top anyways.
Jedi54 03-10-2006, 06:04 PM Hmm, tough choice here vApor.
I'm gonna go with the newer G35.

blakew15 03-10-2006, 11:40 PM get a pinto
tiggerlee 03-10-2006, 11:42 PM Hell if he's gonna go that route might as well get a Pacer. :cwm27:
Gohan 03-11-2006, 12:39 AM M3
Napboy 03-11-2006, 12:41 AM is it just me or do bmw's look dated more than any other car? every time i see a newer body style, the old gets ugly fast. go with the g35.
yiksing 03-11-2006, 01:52 AM M3
bascho 03-11-2006, 08:09 AM Isn't there like a $5-10K price difference? I thought that 2002 M3's were trading at $37-40K and a used G35 is like $28-32K
vApor 03-11-2006, 09:24 AM 2003s maybe.. but 2002 are ranging in the mid 30s. and a fully loaded 2004 or a base 2005 are going around the same. just a little under by like 1 or 2k.
DreRX8 03-11-2006, 09:54 AM M3!!!! If I could have gotten into one I'd be driving it now instead of the RX8. So I'd definately take it over the G35 Coupe.
RX8_ML 03-11-2006, 11:37 AM M3 of course! lol was that even a serious question! go stand in the corner!
BunnyGirl 03-11-2006, 12:29 PM Hell if he's gonna go that route might as well get a Pacer. :cwm27:
Well, somebody just found their way onto my mom's bad side. LOL She had two of them and she just goes on and on about them like they were the greatest thing ever made and how "cute" they are!!!! Maybe she went crazy? :dunno:
vApor 03-11-2006, 12:37 PM but the difference of insurance cost of the 2 vehicles is insane..
tiggerlee 03-11-2006, 05:17 PM Well, somebody just found their way onto my mom's bad side. LOL She had two of them and she just goes on and on about them like they were the greatest thing ever made and how "cute" they are!!!! Maybe she went crazy? :dunno:
Wow two? She was a true Pacer fan. I only mention it because I saw one last week that looked like it just drove off the assembly line. Darn thing looked new. The lady driving it looked 70ish or so. DRIVING LIKE 10MPH IN 45MPH ZONE. Arrrgh!!
Japan8 03-13-2006, 12:41 AM As much as I love the e46 M3, I'm going to say G35c (which I also do love). The G35 is newer, and it's not a German car. You gotta remember... as nice as BMW's and Benz are new... they can be relatively unreliable (compared to Lexus, Acura, newer Infiniti) and even if you get lucky with a car that has few if any problems... a BMW is damn expensive to repair. The only BMW I'd buy would be one that still has factory warranty.
mike1324a 03-13-2006, 12:51 AM m3 all the way
KAtC10 03-13-2006, 10:54 AM You know the answer already: M3. :)
