the videos are interesting, but ultimately they are just conspiracy nut jobs.

for you to take it seriously, you'd have to assume people in the gov't can keep secrets.

you'd then have to assume that people involved would all agree and be able to pull off this kind of stunt, willfully killing thousands, and costing billions in damage.

furthermore you'd be subscribing to the theory that bin laden is a nice guy being framed by a stunt double - and that we're holding him captive in gitmo so that the double can continue to make lame ass video tapes.



one of the videos points out that the pentagon damage couldn't have been made by the planes, but had to be done by a missile. Pointing out that there was a single point of impact. they then super-impose a drawing of a jet in the area and point out that there is no wing damage. However on closer inspection you'll see that the picture of the plane was placed many feet too high - totally missing the damaged area to the walls below.

Anyway, I'd sooner belive in aliens that our gov't being able to pull a stunt like this. Especially given that while Bush is in power now - the gov't is made up of many people who have been around through many administrations. You don't have all republicans in power when the president is republican.

i couldn't watch it, same thing when it actually happened back then. everytime i saw the plane hit the building i felt like throwing up. just the thought of all those people ceasing to exists all at once, my body feels sick watching.

I saw one also that said that Thermite (remember "light the fuse and stand well back!" :) ) was used to bring the buildings down and the case that they used was that the core of the "pile" continued to burn for 2 weeks after the buildings came down.

I'm sure you can also find a video about how the moon walk was a complete hoked-up farce as well ...

This is a physics professor at BYU. He doesn't for one minute claim to know what really happened on 9/11.....but he does disprove what the gov't says happened from a physics standpoint. He is trying to get an international counsel to investigate the events of 9/11 in an attempt to get to the truth. He brings up some compelling evidence of how the planes could not have brought down the WTC by the current laws of physics.....especially WTC 7 which wasn't even impacted by a plane. It's an interesting read if you have the time.

And that dipshit is completely missing the fact that WTC 7 was 1.5 blocks from the base of WTC 2 and that WTC2 fell right into WTC 6, and WTC 7 sustaned beyond catastrophic damage - a building 5 times its size basically fell on it.

These folks are complete fools.

Anyone that knows anything about NYC and knows how closely packed these buildings are, and especially anyone that saw the aftermath knows that the damage was completely incredible. Imagine a roughly rectangular city area 6-8 blocks on a side completely leveled and filled with debris.

That's the WTC disaster site - folks, figure it out - an area that is 6 blocks one way and 6 blocks another is roughly more than 1/2 mile by 1/2 mile or more, and is 36 SQUARE BLOCKS of destruction.

To scale this in different cities: In Chicago - if the Sears Tower were WTC 1, WTC would be standing roughly at the corner of Adams and Frankln about 2 1/2 blocks away, and the area of destruction overlaid on the Chicago grid would extend from about a block south of Congress ave on the south, west of Union Staition on the west, east to LaSalle Street, and north past Madison. That's HUGE.

In St Louis, centered on the Arch - the destruction would extend across the river into East St. Louis, north past LaClede's landing, and south at last 6 blocks past the Arch, west 3 blocks past Busch Stadium.

In Dallas, centered on the West end, it would wipe out the entire west end, including the Reunion Tower area, and into upper downtown at least 5 or 6 blocks.

Guys, unless youv'e seen the site, you can't begin to imagine it. I saw it less than 3 weeks after the event. I'm sure there are NYC based users who saw it sooner.

You don't drop a 103 story, 1300 foot tall, with a square footprint 200 feet on a side in it's own footprint - especially catastrophically.
